  2. Through the website, we intend to sell our original merchandise including but not limited to footwear, clothing, accessories etc., designed and created solely by Mukti & Kavith

AVAILABILITY AND DELIVERY

All Mukti & Kavith Casa products are made to order. The delivery time for any product listed on the website varies from product to product and cannot be guaranteed. An indicative time period is approximately 30 working days excluding shipping.

YOUR ACCOUNT

You agree that any use on the site is at your own risk , Mukti & Kavith Casa is not responsible for it. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

PRICING

Whilst we try to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices that appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any Product or Service that you have ordered from Mukti & Kavith Casa , we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of re-confirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the Product or Service, you will receive a full refund. All prices are exclusive of the Goods & Services Tax in India.

TAXES AND CUSTOMS DUTY

For shipments outside of India, you will be solely responsible for calculating and paying any and all taxes, customs duties, fees, etc. imposed by the destination country in relation to the Product(s) or Services. Delivery costs may be charged in addition; such additional charges are displayed where applicable and included in the total cost.

All prices are including Goods & Services Tax. Payments may be made by MasterCard, Visa, and American Express. The safety of your Credit Card information is of paramount importance to us. Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard pre-authorization check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction. CANCELLATION POLICY

  • You may cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it .To cancel, you can email us at sainaanikavith@gmail.com and we will initiate your order cancellation and 100% of your order value will be refunded back to you. 
  • No cancellation requests can be entertained for products on sale.

 REFUND POLICY

  • If you would like to return any product to get a refund, send us an email on info@muktikavithoffice.com and mention the order details and reason for product return and refund request. In case of any damage to the product, send us a picture.
  • All our products are 100% handmade. Kindly ignore the minor inconsistencies that may or may not occur.
  • Returns/Refunds/Exchanges can be done within 7 days of the product received (Within India Only)
  • International (Outside India) Returns/Customs/Duties if any, to be borne by the customer
  • We shall not be held responsible for any damage/loss done by the transporter/logistics at the time of returns
  • Since we provide free one way shipping. In case of a return shipping is to be borne by the customer or reverse pick up if to be arranged. Charges borne may or may not be refundable as per the reason for return.
  • We will process the refund after receipt of the product (applicable once the product is returned intact and unused).
  • No refund or exchanges on SALE products.
  • No cash refunds on gift cards.
